Mitre in Colombia

After many months of negotiations, Mitre has landed a sponsorship agreement with one of the most important football clubs in Colombia - Deportivo Cali. The agreement will see Mitre suplly the club with home and away kits, training and bench wear from 2010-2012.

Asociación Deportivo Cali, simply known as Deportivo Cali, is a colombian sports club based in Cali, Colombia. Deportivo Cali was founded in 1912 and has won eight national championships (1965, 1967, 1969, 1970, 1974, 1996, 1998, and 2005).

Their new stadium, Estadio Deportivo Cali, has a capacity of 55,000 and was officially inaugurated in November 2008.

Deportivo Cali joins Mitre's current kit supplying portfolio which includes a host of other teams from around the world.
